This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment to another client in need of our services. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee. What Is Your Return Policy On Retail?Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities to ensure a quality experience with Rejuvenate U. Our return policy on all products goes as follows: - Product must be sealed to be returned if the seal of product is broken refund cannot be processed. - All clients have 5 business days after order arrival to return/exchange product if the product is returned any later than 5 day period refund may be not be processed. - Exchanges will ONLY be offered if the original is defective, after opening, with receipt and within the 5-day return period from original date of purchase.
