Your card will not be charged unless there’s a late cancellation or no-show. ✧ Cancellations & No-Shows Life happens — we get it! We just ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. • Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the service fee will be charged. • No-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged. Multiple missed appointments may result in booking restrictions. ✧ Arrival & Experience Please arrive on time with clean skin unless otherwise advised.
